Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training) to apply real-world healthcare IT knowledge to evaluating AI models that simulate clinical workflows, EHR configurations, and hospital operations. You will review content for accuracy and relevance and provide expert feedback to improve AI understanding of clinical systems.

This remote hourly contract role offers flexible hours (10-40 hours/week) and the chance to influence AI development in healthcare IT while staying in your current

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare IT - supporting, administering, or optimizing clinical systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
• Strong technical troubleshooting background with the ability to spot inaccuracies in system-related scenarios.
• Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical workflows and IT - you understand both sides.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable when working independently.
• Clear and structured written communicator.

• Evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and hospital operations for accuracy and real-world relevance.
• Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs in AI responses covering EHR configurations, clinical data, and system troubleshooting scenarios.
• Provide structured expert feedback to help AI models better understand clinical and technical healthcare concepts.
• Review and annotate healthcare IT documentation, system descriptions, and technical scenarios.
• Work independently and asynchronously - on your own schedule.
