Leading a disciplined cadence, you will produce weekly dashboards, optimize processes, and ensure timely updates to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing operations, project management, or integrated campaign execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical, organized, and process-driven with a bias for action.

Aufgaben

• Project Management: Oversee marketing operations within Monday.com, create and maintain templates, enforce updates, optimize workflows.
• Content Calendar Management: Own the master member marketing content calendar for alignment of messages, campaigns, and milestones.
• Field Communications: Draft clear, timely communications for the field team to ensure rollout of campaigns.
• Performance Tracking & Retrospectives: Lead post-launch retrospectives and metrics analysis; consolidate insights for improvements.
• Operational Reporting: Develop weekly decks highlighting initiatives, updates, blockers, and next steps for leadership.
• Meeting Cadence & Accountability: Manage weekly status meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and cross-functional alignment.
• Process Documentation: Create/update operational docs for workflows and best practices to drive scalability.
• Newsletter Briefing: Provide content for internal and field newsletters with accuracy and alignment.
