AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Field Sales support specialist to assist agents and staff with memberships, insurance services, and administrative tasks. The role involves servicing existing insureds, conveying information to members, and aiding in the sale of insurance products.

Responsibilities include handling walk-in and phone inquiries, processing payments, and aiding in lead development for office sales agents.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 1-3 years customer service preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in data entry required.
• Moderate Word and Excel skills preferred.
• Advanced customer service skills preferred.
• Property and Casualty/Solicitors License required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License, valid in selling state, issued within 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds and information on memberships and insurance.
• Assist walk-in and phone members; sell memberships and insurance; handle billing and payments.
• Verify coverage and provide binders; perform typing and administrative duties.
• Develop insurance leads for sales agents and life specialists.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management; support sales and life agents.
• Resolve member issues with discretion; refer complex cases to higher authority.
• Handle routine transactions following sales and underwriting guidelines.
• Manage complex transactions and basic complaints with guidance as needed.
