Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and opening new accounts.
• Educate members on products/services and cross-sell loans, deposits, and fees.
• Build trust and long-term relationships through consultative engagement.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with follow-ups for member needs.
• Refer members to financial experts when needed (mortgage/financial advisors).
• Resolve moderately complex member issues with cross-department coordination.
• Provide notary services and verify member identity.
• Stay informed on Wings promotions and participate in community events.
• Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard member assets and privacy.
• Support other teams and travel if needed.
• Perform additional duties to meet business needs.
