Qualifications

• Must have strong data collection and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve 30-50 new member interactions daily via dedicated phone queue and outbound calls.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell BCU products and services.
• Assist with onboarding and engage new members during first 90 days.
• Manage a shared inbox for new member requests.
• Explain next steps and required documents to referred members.
• Understand credit reports to assess standing and needs; spot buyout opportunities.
• Provide foundational credit counseling when appropriate.
• Complete registrations and certifications as required.
• Act as a leader within the sales team when needed.
