Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Aptitude for sales and strong interpersonal skills in a team setting.
• Basic math skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions and open deposit, savings and credit card accounts.
• Discuss loan and retirement products with members and provide guidance.
• Build meaningful relationships with members to deliver superior service and expertise.
• Be flexible to work Saturdays and travel between Grow locations as needed.
