Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union in Florida is seeking an entry-level Relationship Specialist to support member deposits, loans, and everyday financial services in a customer-focused, in-person setting.

You will develop sales, communication, and relationship-building skills while delivering outstanding service. The role may include Saturday coverage, with Grow offering tuition reimbursement and retirement benefits to eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.

Responsibilities

• Processing cash transactions, opening deposit accounts, savings and credit card accounts.
• Discussing loan and retirement products with members.
• Build meaningful relationships with our members to provide superior customer service and expertise.
• Provide assistance and educate members on available financial services.
