Job summary

Barton & Gray Mariners Club is seeking a Club Ambassador based in Naples, FL to drive regional business development and grow membership using personal networks, referrals, and events. You will manage the full sales cycle, coordinate cross‑departmentally, and maintain CRM records to support member satisfaction and retention.

You will collaborate with Members, Captains, Member Services, Sales, Events, and Leadership to ensure consistent experiences and identify opportunities for harbor development

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management.
• Strong track record of account management and retention.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid background with understanding of Member CRM and database.
• Ability to communicate recommendations to executive management.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business development strategy to generate qualified membership leads.
• Represent Barton & Gray in local community and grow opportunities through networks and partnerships.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Coordinate with Member Services and Sales teams on member experiences and service issues.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track member relationships and next steps.
• Ensure product and hospitality consistency across Member interactions.
• Evaluate harbor locations and advise on regional expansion and yacht allocation.
• Plan and attend regional Member events and understand our membership products.
