Job summary

Five Star Credit Union in Dothan, AL is seeking a Financial Advocate to deepen member relationships by opening accounts, processing card disputes, assisting with electronic devices, and outbound sales calls in a fast-paced environment.

Two openings exist: one at the Murphy Mill Financial Center in Dothan and another that floats within the Southeast Alabama Market, home base Murphy Mill. Pay starts at $22.27 per hour and grows with experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a good understanding of Credit Union operations, products and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent computer and technology skills, and strong communication abilities.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced sales and service environment.
• Previous experience in a sales and service environment within a financial institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance member relationships.
• Assist members with opening a variety of products and services.
• Process card disputes and assist with electronic devices.
• Make outbound sales calls and support member needs to deepen relationships.
