Job summary

Resound Credit Union is seeking a full-time Universal Associate (Teller) at our Nashville location. The role focuses on processing member transactions, delivering exceptional service, and educating members about our products and digital solutions.

As the frontline of the credit union, you will balance cash drawers, prevent errors, and contribute to member satisfaction while following banking regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• One year of teller experience is preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer service and/or sales experience with cash handling is required.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions, including deposits, loan payments, cashier's checks, transfers, check cashing, withdrawals, and wires.
• Proofs and verifies transactions; examine documents for endorsements and negotiability; detect discrepancies.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash and check totals; investigate out‑of‑balance conditions.
• Cross-sell and promote Resound Credit Union products and services.
• Respond to member questions and direct them to other staff as needed.
• Educate members on technology and digital solutions offered by Resound Credit Union.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and well‑maintained work area and ensure documents are imaged.
