Lake Michigan Credit Union is seeking a part-time Teller to be the friendly face of the branch, delivering accurate service and handling a high volume of transactions on-site. This role emphasizes member experience, product knowledge, and risk awareness to protect both members and the credit union.

The Teller will promote LMCU products, identify member needs, and contribute to branch goals while maintaining cash drawer accuracy and a strong commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience or similar
• Experience in financial products and services preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive member experience to support retention and trust
• Perform accurate teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments)
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain cash-handling procedures
• Adhere to security, fraud-prevention, and regulatory guidelines
• Promote LMCU products and services to meet members' financial needs
