Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework or banking experience is a plus.
• A minimum of one year up to three years of related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Previous cash handling experience and knowledge of financial products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive member experience to support retention through proactive engagement and building trust.
• Process a high volume of teller transactions accurately, balance cash drawer daily, and follow policies.
• Refer members to LMCU products and services to support their financial goals.
• Stay updated on branch systems and training to deliver accurate, efficient service.
