Job summary

Lake Michigan Credit Union seeks a part-time Teller at our Kalamazoo, MI branch. You will welcome members, handle transactions, and promote LMCU products with accuracy and care. This role emphasizes service excellence, risk awareness, and community-focused banking.

You’ll work on-site, maintain cash drawer accuracy, and contribute to branch goals through quality member interactions and detailed product knowledge.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive member experience to encourage retention and guide members to appropriate products and services.
• Accurately perform basic and advanced teller transactions with accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Balance cash drawer daily and follow security protocols to prevent fraud and protect members and staff.
• Promote knowledge of LMCU products and services to help members meet financial goals.
