Job summary

Lake Michigan Credit Union in Hudsonville is seeking a part-time Teller who greets members warmly, processes transactions accurately, and promotes LMCU products with confidence. You will balance cash drawers daily, uphold security protocols, and participate in ongoing training to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fully on-site branch.

You will contribute to member satisfaction by resolving issues, maintaining accuracy, and supporting branch growth through product referrals and service

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in similar role or preparatory experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive member experience to support retention and meet service targets.
• Accurately perform teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Balance cash drawer daily and follow risk and security protocols to prevent fraud.
• Promote LMCU products and services through consultative conversations to meet member financial goals.
