Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year to 24 months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately and promptly, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and negotiable instruments.
• Provide courteous service, service accounts, and complete related documentation.
• Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone, or by mail; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Participate in employee development programs supporting sales and service excellence.
• Balance daily work and maintain cash drawer within policy.
• Comply with laws, regulations, and credit union procedures.
• Perform routine office duties and maintain current files.
• Be flexible to work at any location as needed.
