Logix Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Teller I to serve members in person, process transactions, and identify cross-sell opportunities. You’ll work with a friendly team in a dynamic retail banking environment.

You’ll handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and card-related tasks while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent member service. Previous teller experience is preferred; high school diploma required.

Formación

• 1 year to 24 months of customer service or cash handling experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling or teller experience preferred; Symitar knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process member transactions accurately and promptly (deposits, withdrawals, transfers).
• Provide courteous service, service accounts, and handle related documentation.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or by mail; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain cash drawer within limits and balance daily.
