Job summary

Logix Federal Credit Union is hiring a Branch Teller I in California to assist members with financial transactions and to provide excellent service. You will process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related tasks, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell services and generate referrals to partners.

Responsibilities include handling cash accurately, maintaining records, resolving routine inquiries, and supporting branch operations under regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Customer service and cash handling experience required.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately and promptly (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, negotiable instruments, cash advances, stop payments, address changes, wires).
• Provide courteous service; service accounts, close accounts, and complete related documentation; issue/re-pin cards; update beneficiaries.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or by mail; resolve routine issues and escalate complex ones.
• Participate in employee development and support sales and service excellence.
• Balance daily work and maintain cash drawer within policy limits.
• Comply with applicable laws and credit union policies and procedures.
• Perform routine clerical duties and maintain accurate files.
• Flexible to work at any location as business needs dictate.
