Job summary

Insight Credit Union in Leesburg, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Processing and Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support while enhancing member experiences.

You will handle loan and account applications, assist with closing, onboard new members, perform financial health checks, and support outbound growth efforts through multiple channels, with telecommuting available after three months.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of lending experience relating to underwriting guidelines, stipulations, compliance, documentation, funding and closing.
• Outbound sales or member service experience preferred.
• High school education or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Receives loan and account files from center or branch staff and processes applications.
• Prepares closing documents and arranges loan, account, and services using delivery channels (DocuSign, US Mail, FedEx, UPS).
• Performs proactive outbound member contacts to drive growth and deepen relationships.
• Provides administrative support to branches and ensures quality control to optimize efficiency.
• Follows CIP and security protocols and completes required compliance training.
