Campus USA Credit Union is seeking a part-time Call Center/Receptionist to support loan processing and member services in Jonesville, FL. The role involves greeting members, handling calls, mail and deliveries, and directing inquiries to the right department.

Responsibilities include processing loans and new accounts with proper documentation, maintaining records, and providing clerical support in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of similar or related experience.

Job Location: Call Center - Jonesville, FL 32669 Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $17.31 - $20.38 HourlyHours: Monday - Friday 12:45 PM - 6:15 PM and 1-2 Saturdays a month 8:45 AM - 2:15 PM

Role

Assists Outbound, Inbound, and Call Center employees with loan requests, providing clerical and administrative support needed to process, close, or modify member loans. Represents the credit union in a professional manner when greeting members and the public on the phone and in person at the reception desk, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person. Accepts mail, packages, and deliveries at the reception desk and ensures they are picked up or distributed to the appropriate person or department.
