Sam's Club Joliet, IL is hiring associates to support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting value of products, processing memberships and upgrades, and assisting with sign-ups at checkout or service desks.

You will handle order fulfillment, assist Members with finding merchandise, resolve issues, and uphold safety, ethics, and company policies while delivering friendly, responsive service.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting value of products, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices
