Job summary

Sam's Club is looking for a member-focused associate to promote Membership benefits, explain the value of our products and services, process memberships upgrades and credit accounts, and participate in sales events to meet Membership goals.

In this role you will complete customer orders, ensure accurate picking and packing, provide friendly Member service, and follow safety guidelines to safeguard the facility.

Responsibilities

• Promotes membership benefits and promotes the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Delivers Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns.
