Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns and promoting the Companys products and services.
• Delivers membership information, promotes benefits, and assists with memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order accuracy and securing items for pickup.
• Maintains safety by following safety standards and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Works collaboratively with managers, coworkers, customers and partners, adapting to change and driving process improvements.
