Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Products and services.
• Complies with company policies and ethics by implementing action plans and applying these in executing business processes and practices.]
