• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Companys products and services.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and maintains safety of the facility following safety standards and guidelines.
• Completes work tasks by prioritizing, communicating progress, and adapting to change while collaborating with managers and coworkers.
