Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial information in an understandable way.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing applications, documentation, and member information.
• Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• A consultative approach to identifying member needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Comfort working toward individual, team, service, and lending goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with consumer lending needs, including reviewing loan products and identifying solutions.
• Guide members through the consumer loan application process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Discuss loan options, rates, terms, payments, and related information clearly.
• Gather and review documentation to support loan applications with lending/underwriting partners.
• Maintain communication on status, next steps, and decisions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships by recommending relevant products.
• Deliver an excellent member experience across phone, digital, and other channels.
• Maintain records and follow lending procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions and move loans from application to completion.
• Build trusted relationships by providing knowledgeable, responsive service.
