Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales
• Ability to connect with people and provide outstanding experiences
• Comfortable recommending helpful products and services
• Can-do attitude and genuine curiosity in every interaction
• Enjoy being part of a supportive, team-oriented workplace
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Greet members with warmth in person or on the phone
• Have meaningful conversations to understand member needs
• Offer helpful solutions and train on what to look for
• Follow through and follow up to ensure questions are answered
• Wrap up the day by balancing transactions and celebrating success
