Job summary

Life Time Dayton is seeking an Events Coordinator to provide logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team, and to support adult programming including Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops. You will help ensure events are successful and align with Life Time's Mission and Vision, while delivering an outstanding member experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors.
• Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables.
• Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns.
• Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs.
