Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Events Coordinator to support in-center event logistics and adult programming across Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops. You will assist the Events and Corporate Communications team to deliver successful events aligned with Life Time’s mission, while enhancing member experiences.

You’ll handle documentation, campaign support, and outreach to promote club events and programs, contributing to member retention and overall community vitality at the Tampa location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of event coordination experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics with internal audiences and external vendors.
• Delivers event results by documenting and reporting key measurables.
• Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns.
• Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and programs.
