Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Tampa is seeking an Events Coordinator to provide logistical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team, and to assist with adult programming (Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops).

This role helps ensure events are successful and aligned with Life Time's mission and vision, contributing to member retention through outstanding experiences. The role coordinates in-center event logistics, supports marketing campaigns, and engages with members and non-members

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
1–2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
CPR and AED Certified.
Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors.
Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables.
Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns.
Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs.
