Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Events Coordinator to provide logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team, as well as adult programming (Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops).

This role ensures events run smoothly and align with Life Time’s Mission and Vision, while enhancing member retention through outstanding service. The position coordinates in-center event logistics, collaborates with vendors, reports on event metrics, supports club marketing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors.
• Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables.
• Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns.
• Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs.
