Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Events Coordinator in Colorado to provide logistical support for events and adult programming such as Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops. You will help ensure successful events aligned with Life Time’s mission and support member retention through outstanding service.

The role involves coordinating in-center event logistics, supporting marketing campaigns, and engaging with members and guests to promote programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to travel as required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software; CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics with internal teams and external vendors.
• Delivers event results with documentation and reporting of measurables.
• Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns.
• Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs.
