Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Events Coordinator to provide logistical and tactical support to the Events and Corporate Communications team and adult programming across squash, racquetball, pickleball, and UHoops.

You will coordinate in-center event logistics, manage external vendors, track measurables, assist with club event marketing campaigns, and actively engage with members and guests to promote programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of event coordination experience in corporate or retail settings.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-center event logistics with internal teams and external vendors.
• Deliver event results through documentation and reporting of key metrics.
• Provide project management support for club event marketing campaigns.
• Engage with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs.
