Qualifications

• Experience in consumer lending or credit card collections preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact members with past due accounts within 30 days of delinquency.
• Educate and counsel members on repayment options and develop manageable plans.
• Provide personalized financial guidance to improve stability and long-term success.
• Negotiate payment arrangements aligned with member needs and organizational goals.
• Accurately document interactions and maintain account records per guidelines.
