Qualifications

• Diplomacy, trust, tact in interactions.

• High school education or GED; 6 months–2 years relevant experience.
• Credit Union or Banking experience: 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Process member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and merchandise sales.
• Open and close accounts and perform account research.
• Update member information and records per procedures.
• Originate and close consumer loans with guidance through the process.
• Submit business partner referrals when appropriate.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and ensure compliance with policies.
