Job summary

Metro Credit Union’s Quincy Branch seeks a Sales & Service Representative to deliver a welcoming, efficient member experience. You will handle everyday banking, open accounts, process transactions, and support branch sales goals with a member-focused approach.

You will collaborate with teammates to resolve issues, deepen relationships, and promote financial solutions. This on-site role includes rotating Saturday coverage and ongoing skill development through Metro’s Universal Service program.

Qualifications

• Clear, attentive service with strong communication.
• Ability to handle financial transactions and accurate documentation.
• Dependability and on-site work during branch hours, including rotating Saturdays.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and learning branch systems.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other member transactions accurately.
• Open and service consumer accounts with proper identification and documentation.
• Identify member needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Assist with loan applications and documentation; keep members informed.
• Make referrals to Metro partners when appropriate.
• Resolve member issues with ownership and follow-through.
• Maintain daily balancing and protect confidential information.
