Job summary

Metro Credit Union’s Newton Branch is seeking a Sales & Service Representative to provide a welcoming, accurate, and secure banking experience for members. You will process deposits and other transactions, open and service accounts, and offer suitable financial solutions while clearly communicating with members.

You will participate in branch operations, support referrals to internal partners, and help protect member information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear, attentive, respectful service.
• Accurate handling of financial transactions.
• Onsite work during branch hours, including rotating Saturdays.
• Able to use standard computer applications.
• Able to lift teller drawers or coin bags up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and payoffs, official checks, money orders, cash advances, and other member transactions accurately.
