Qualifications

• Clear communication with members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to handle financial transactions and documentation accurately.
• Onsite work scheduling including rotating Saturdays.
• Willingness to learn branch systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other member transactions accurately.
• Open and service consumer accounts with proper ID and documentation.
• Ask questions to understand member needs and recommend financial solutions.
• Conduct loan interviews and assist with applications and documentation.
• Make referrals to Metro partners when appropriate.
• Balance daily work and protect member information.
• Serve as a branch keyholder for opening/closing.
