Landmark Credit Union in Wisconsin seeks a full-time teller to greet members, handle cash accurately, and provide friendly service in a busy branch. This 40 hr/week role requires a high school diploma, cash handling or customer service experience, strong communication and the ability to work independently.

You will balance the cash drawer daily, cross-sell services, process deposits/withdrawals, and may assist with ATM balancing or opening/closing duties under supervision.

Qualifications

• 1. High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2. Previous work experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.
• 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, organizational skills and the ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• 4. Experience or ability to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
• 5. Must follow company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• 6. Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Provides friendly, courteous teller services to members with balanced cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sells other member services.
• Processes mail deposits and withdrawals.
• May assist in balancing the ATM.
• May train to perform opening/closing duties with on-site manager.
• May train to verify checks for other tellers.
• May train to perform overrides.
• May be cross-trained to help in other branch positions.
• May attend training at headquarters or off-site.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
