Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and use all programs and systems for this job.
• Understand and comply with company policies and laws.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide teller services with a balanced cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sell other member services.
• Process mail deposits and withdrawals.
• May assist in balancing the ATM.
• May train to perform open/closing duties on-site with manager.
• May train to verify checks for other tellers.
• May train to perform overrides.
• May be cross-trained to help in other positions.
• May attend training at headquarters or an off-site location.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
