Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, WOW service to internal and external members.
• Receive cash and checks for deposit into members' accounts.
• Cash checks for members and process loan/credit card payments.
• Make transactions between member accounts as directed.
• Place holds on deposits following policy and procedure.
• Disburse cashier's checks, money orders, and gift cards as needed.
• Identify non-negotiable and fraudulent items to prevent losses.
• Balance and close cash drawer accurately at end of day.
• Promote and refer credit union products and services to meet member needs.
