Job summary

Landmark Credit Union in Wisconsin is looking for a friendly teller to serve members with accuracy and courtesy. This part-time role involves cash handling, basic product explanations, and delivering exceptional member experiences, including weekends.

You will cross-sell services, balance cash drawers, and support branch operations during Saturday shifts and varying weekday hours in a collaborative team environment. A high school diploma and good communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, and organization.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with credit union policies and relevant laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly teller services and maintain a balanced cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sell other member services.
• Process mail deposits and withdrawals.
• Assist in balancing ATM or other duties as assigned.
• May train to perform open/closing duties with on-site manager.
• May train to verify checks for other tellers.
• May train to perform overrides.
• May be cross-trained to help in other branch positions.
• Attend training at HQ or off-site locations as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
