Job summary

Landmark Credit Union in Wisconsin is hiring a part-time teller for 25–28 hours a week, with varying weekday shifts and every Saturday. The role focuses on accurate cash handling, friendly member service, and promoting credit union products.

You will work in a team, balance cash drawer daily, cross-sell services, process deposits and withdrawals, and follow all policies. High school diploma required; prior cash handling or customer service preferred; ability to stand for long periods and learn

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and learn company policies.
Must be able to stand for long periods.
Familiarity with banking software/systems.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, courteous teller services to members with balanced cash drawer daily.
Cross-sell other member services.
Process mail deposits and withdrawals.
Assist in balancing the ATM if applicable.
Train to perform open/close duties with manager on site.
Train to verify checks for other tellers.
Train to perform overrides.
Cross-train to help in other branch positions.
Attend training at headquarters or off-site as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
