Job summary

Qualifications

• 1. High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2. Previous work experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.
• 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, and ability to work independently and with deadlines.
• 4. Must gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
• 5. Must understand and comply with company policies and laws.
• 6. Must be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous teller services to members, balancing cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sells other member services.
• Processes mail deposits and withdrawals.
• Assists in balancing ATM in some cases.
• May train to perform open/close duties with manager on site.
• May train to verify checks for other tellers.
• May train to perform overrides.
• May be cross trained to help in other positions within the branch.
• May attend training at headquarters or off-site.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
