Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and ability to resolve member inquiries.
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with team members.
• Basic understanding of banking products and services and AML/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to Members per UFCU values.
• Process deposits, loans, and account transactions accurately.
• Read and review credit reports with Members and discuss suitable options.
• Identify member needs and refer to appropriate partners for solutions.
• Assist with fraud disputes and notarization services as needed.
• Support branch operations and participate in community events.
