Job summary

Cinfed Credit Union is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented member service representative to assist members with transactions and inquiries at our Cincinnati area branch. You will handle daily operations, promote financial solutions, and provide accurate, efficient ITM and teller support.

A HS diploma and at least 6 months of related experience are required; background check is part of our pre-employment process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of similar or related experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check (credit, criminal, and drug).

Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: Develop professional and interpersonal connections with our members.
• Member Advocacy: Actively promote Cinfed’s products and services to help members succeed financially.
• Daily Operations: Provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service for all financial transactions through our interactive teller machines (ITM).
