Job summary

Cinfed Credit Union is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented team member for member services in Cincinnati. You’ll build relationships with members and help them with everyday financial needs. The role includes daily operations, promoting products, and providing accurate, courteous service.

A high school diploma and basic math skills are required, with a background check. We offer paid training, competitive pay, and benefits; schedule M-F 8:30AM - 5:30PM with rotating Saturdays, and opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months of similar or related experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check (credit, criminal, and drug).

• Relationship Building: Develop professional and interpersonal connections with our members.
• Member Advocacy: Actively promote Cinfed’s products and services to help members succeed financially.
• Daily Operations: Provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service for all financial transactions.
