Qualifications

• At least one year of similar or related office experience.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-line phone console and route questions to the right person.
• Order and inventory office supplies.
• Deliver high quality, consistent client service.
• Process carrier/client payments as needed.
• Maintain reception area clean and organized.
• Perform clerical duties (word processing, faxing, copying, scanning).
• Coordinate company community service events.
• Other duties as assigned.
