Peoples Powered by Hanscom FCU & Fleetwood Insurance Group is hiring a Receptionist in the United States. You will manage a multi-line phone console, greet members, process payments when needed, and coordinate office operations to ensure a seamless member experience.

This full-time, permanent position offers medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), and paid sick and vacation time. You will be part of a team that values integrity, teamwork, and exceptional service in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong trust, credibility and diplomacy when handling sensitive interactions.
• Effective communication with members, colleagues and vendors; ability to motivate, educate and advise as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams; working with computer terminals and host systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage multi-line phone console and route calls to the appropriate person/department.
• Inventory and order office supplies.
• Deliver high quality and consistent client service.
• Process carrier/client payments as needed.
• Maintain reception area in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Perform clerical duties including word processing, faxing, copying and scanning.
• Coordinate Company community service events.
• Other duties as assigned.
