Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with Commercial Members and resolve inquiries.
• Respond to commercial member emails promptly and accurately.
• Support inside sales by identifying opportunities and closing new business.
• Draft commercial contracts and submit to providers, managing details.
• Maintain provider email communications and resolve slow responses.
• Set up login credentials, AutoPay, and other account tasks.
• Keep account data accurate, including numbers and terms.
• Notify members at risk of disconnection and work to restore accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and share workload as needed.
• Follow up on outstanding inquiries until resolution.
