Qualifications

• Comfortable with data and able to explain numbers to stakeholders.
• Able to build and dissect code (Python or SQL) when needed.
• Turns messy problems into clean, reliable processes.
• Curious with rigorous approach and responsible use of AI tools.
• Self-starter capable of autonomous work in ambiguity.
• Experience in data-heavy or commercial roles (pricing, finance, ops, or consulting).
• Energy/markets/retail background beneficial.
• Proven track record of fixing broken processes or reports.
